Job Description

VST Inc. is seeking a talented **Full Stack Developer** to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Python, Django, MongoDB, and Vue.js**, with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • **Application Development:**
  • Build and maintain robust web applications using Python, Django, MongoDB, and Vue.js.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend services.
  • Develop responsive front-end interfaces with Vue.js.
  • **Database Management:**
  • Design and optimize MongoDB schemas.
  • Ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration with backend systems.
  • **System Architecture & Integration:**
  • Contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
  • **Testing & Deployment:**
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Collaborate with DevOps for smooth deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
  • **Collaboration & Communication:**
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • **Experience:** 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Front-end expertise with Vue.js (or similar frameworks).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • **Soft Skills:**
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (React).
  • Certified Python/Django Developer.
