Full-Stack Developer

Overview

• What you’ll do
• Write automated tests (API, UI, integration) and build test frameworks and test libraries.
• Design and maintain reliable test suites for CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and run performance, load and stability tests; spot bottlenecks and report findings.
• Work with developers to write testable code and improve product quality from day one.
• Build tools and scripts for test data setup, environment provisioning and test reporting.
• Triage failures, debug test issues, and root‑cause application defects.
• Integrate tests with CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and report quality metrics.
• Review requirements and user stories for test coverage; write clear test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor QA engineers and share best practices for automation and testing.
• Help shape test strategy, test environments and release gating policies.
• Who we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years coding experience with strong test automation background.
• Proficient in one or more languages: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on with test frameworks (pytest, JUnit, NUnit, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL), Postman/newman, and contract testing (PACT).
• Familiar with CI/CD, containers (Docker), and cloud test environments.
• Knowledge of performance tools (JMeter, k6) and observability basics (logs, metrics, tracing).
• Solid debugging skills, test design thinking (BVA, equivalence), and automation mindset.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), test reporting and flaky test mitigation.
• Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail. GCC/Doha experience or English/Arabic language skills a plus.
• Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR75.00 per hour
