Role Description
- The Instructor role at Earth Infrastructures Ltd. is a full time, on site position based in Noida.
- The Instructor will design and deliver training programs for staff and channel partners on topics such as project knowledge, customer service, sales processes, and industry best practices.
- Day to day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and on site sessions, assessing learning outcomes, and maintaining training records.
- The role also involves collaborating with management to identify skill gaps, updating content to reflect new projects and technologies, and supporting continuous professional development across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Experience in designing training content, curricula, and learning materials, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or a related industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
- Organizational and time management abilities to plan training schedules, manage multiple sessions, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with using digital tools for training delivery, such as presentation software, learning management systems, and online resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; relevant training or teaching certifications are an advantage.
