Full Stack Developer - AI

Remote position with the ability to travel to our NJ and NY locations up to 25% of the time.

Full Stack AI Developer to support enterprise AI initiatives across underwriting, claims, operations, and digital platforms.

This role combines full-stack software engineering with applied AI/ML and Generative AI development, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi‑agent system design, and intelligent automation .

• Design and develop full-stack AI-enabled applications using Python, React/Next.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions including copilots, document intelligence, and conversational workflows.
• Implement agentic AI patterns, RAG architecture, MCP servers and workflow orchestration.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices.
• Implement parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) techniques like LoRA/MLoRA.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Deploy and manage AI applications on Azure Cloud.
• Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers .
