Business analysis and development
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements through models, specifications, workflows, diagrams, and charts.
- Capture client business needs, current-state gaps, issues, and emerging business requirements.
- Review business analysis processes and participate in enhancements that support service optimization.
- Document business processes, organizational structures, and architectures for procedures and models.
Automation and project management
- Coordinate planning, design, development, and implementation of business systems and processes.
- Research technology products and tools, assess their potential value, and make recommendations.
- Facilitate project approvals and support business case development and presentations.
- Support project lifecycle activities, communicate changes, manage risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
