Job Description
First West Credit Union is seeking a Full Stack Business Systems Analyst to join its team.
The role analyzes complex business problems and assesses how automated systems can address them.
Typical Day
- Apply advanced business and technical expertise to business systems analysis.
- Translate user requirements into functional documentation for developers, testers, and project teams.
- Define business needs, current-state gaps, issues, and emerging requirements.
- Review analysis processes and contribute to system enhancements and service optimization.
- Document business processes, organizational structures, and architectures.
- Coordinate business system and process planning, design, development, and implementation.
- Research technology products and tools and recommend opportunities for organizational value.
- Maintain compliance with audit, risk management, and internal policy requirements.
- Facilitate project approvals, stakeholder consensus, business cases, and project lifecycle activities.
- Manage project changes, risks, communications, and client expectations.
- Train end users on new or modified systems and provide expert team support.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent field is required.
