VetraTech AI is seeking a Full Stack Automation Engineer for project-based partnership. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and automation solutions integrating AI workflows, CRM systems, and internal tools.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end to end web applications and automation solutions integrating AI workflows, CRM systems, and internal tools
- Develop front end interfaces and implement back end APIs and services
- Connect data sources and ensure robust, scalable, and secure system architectures
- Collaborate with product, operations, and client facing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize performance and improve reliability across automation pipelines
- Troubleshoot issues, refine existing systems, and document processes
Requirements
- Demonstrated Full Stack Development and Software Development skills
- Strong Front End Development capabilities including CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in Back End Web Development including RESTful APIs and server side frameworks
- Experience designing automation workflows and integrating AI services, CRMs, and third party tools
- Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and security best practices is highly beneficial
- Workflow automation (N8N / Make, Node RED, KESTRA, and others)
- Backend services and APIs: Node.js, Python, webhooks, queues
- AI/LLM integration, model APIs, RAG, agents, prompt orchestration

Role Description
- Design, build, and maintain end to end web applications and automation solutions that integrate AI workflows, CRM systems, and internal tools.

Qualifications
