About the Role
The Full Stack AI/ML Engineer owns the intelligence lifecycle from data analysis and model research through production GenAI deployment and scalable software engineering.
The role combines data science, machine learning and GenAI, MLOps, and software engineering rather than focusing exclusively on research or DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Design and run A/B and causal experiments, build feature pipelines, and translate model outputs into business recommendations.
- Build, train, and evaluate classical machine learning and deep learning models for classification, regression, ranking, and NLP.
- Design RAG pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, build multi-agent systems, and optimize prompt chains for production reliability.
- Containerize and serve models through REST or gRPC APIs, implement CI/CD for ML, and establish drift detection and model monitoring.
- Partner with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate problems into ML solutions.
