We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to become the first dedicated in-market recruiter for RZR's China office, based in Beijing. You will own end-to-end recruiting across all functions — technical, commercial, and operations — partnering directly with hiring managers and RZR's global TA team to build local sourcing infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership IC role. You will run full cycles independently from intake through offer close, set up the sourcing channels and agency relationships that don't yet exist, and bring structure to a China hiring process that is growing fast. The right person is organized, proactive, fluent in the local talent market, and comfortable operating without a playbook — because in this role, you will be writing it.

Own the full recruiting cycle end to end — source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close — across all functions for the China office

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and design interview loops

Stand up and actively manage local sourcing channels including Boss Zhipin, Maimai, LinkedIn, and 51job, alongside agency and university relationships
