· Monitor Manhattan WMOS application health using dashboards, alerts, and system logs
· Respond to L1/L2 production incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
· Perform first-level analysis and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
· Support warehouse operations teams by resolving system-related queries
· Participate in rotational support shifts, including occasional off-hours support as required
· Perform initial troubleshooting of:
Manhattan WMOS transactions and workflows
Order processing, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping issues
System integrations between WMOS and external applications
· Review logs and execute basic SQL queries for issue investigation
· Assist in validating fixes and supporting UAT/production verification
· Support configuration updates and master data maintenance
· Monitor batch jobs and interface jobs for successful execution
