The Role
Develop and execute fulfillment strategies that improve capacity, speed, cost efficiency, inventory flow, scalability, and customer experience.
Support scalable fulfillment models through warehouse expertise, network optimization, financial analysis, and operational data.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.

Strategy and Network Planning
- Define short-, medium-, and long-term fulfillment network strategies.
- Evaluate centralized, regional, distributed, micro-fulfillment, and hybrid network models.
- Assess fulfillment-center locations, capacities, facility roles, and network structures.
- Develop business cases for facilities, expansions, relocations, automation, technology, and transformation.
Operations and Technology
- Optimize inventory positioning, order flow, warehouse processes, cycle times, bottlenecks, labor models, and productivity.
- Develop strategies for robotics, conveyors, sortation, ASRS, goods-to-person systems, and picking automation.
