Key Job Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across the work area.
• Manage and train associates to help deliver service for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and departments on process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Help solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques is preferred.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is based in an operations facility and requires physical activity during shifts of up to 12 hours.
• The schedule may include weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
