FTU - Aviation Registrar/Program Analyst

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Program Analysts/Registrars to join our team in support of 89 th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU).

The Program Analyst/Registrar will be responsible for the accurate, efficient, and secure management of all student records, course administration, and academic reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.

This position is subject to contract award

• Manage student enrollment in courses, ensuring compliance with prerequisite and enrollment limitations.

• Process course registration requests and maintain accurate course rosters.
• Provide support to scheduling personnel by providing student information, managing student availability, and confirming enrollment.
• Prepare regular reports on student progress, course effectiveness, and training outcomes for FTU leadership and other stakeholders.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in the training program.
• Assist in the development of data-driven recommendations for improving training effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.
• Ensure all Registrar activities are compliant with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures.
• Implement and maintain a quality control program to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records.
• Conduct regular audits of student records to identify and correct errors or omissions.
