As a Desktop Application Developer - Senior Associate, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities · Design, develop, and enhance custom ArcGIS Desktop tools and add-ins using .Net framework, ArcGIS Pro SDK and Python (ArcPy, pandas, geopandas etc.)

· Develop geoprocessing tools, scripts, and workflows to automate spatial data processing and analysis

· Integrate ArcGIS Desktop solutions with enterprise geodatabases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS)

· Debug, optimize, and support existing desktop tools and workflows

· Conduct unit testing, QA, and performance tuning of desktop applications

· Collaborate with client teams and business stakeholders to ensure desktop solutions align with enterprise standards

· Understand ArcGIS Enterprise concepts and is able to publish different types of services

· Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and actively engage in support activities What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart GIS & ESRI Stack

· ArcGIS Pro (working knowledge)

· ArcPy and Python-based geoprocessing

· ArcGIS Enterprise

Programming & Scripting
