KALE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS is looking for a Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of a fruit and vegetable shop in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves managing inventory, staff, pricing, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations from produce arrival to customer purchase
- Manage inventory including stock receiving, rotation, quality checks, and spoilage control
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation of fruits and vegetables
- Develop attractive merchandising and display strategies to highlight seasonal products
- Manage pricing based on market trends and stock movement
- Operate and supervise POS billing activities and support cashier operations
- Maintain inventory records, daily sales reports, stock reports, and cash reconciliation
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of products
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing, receiving deliveries, and stock replenishment
- Lead, train, and supervise staff in customer service and operational procedures
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service standards
Requirements
- Experience in retail management, preferably in fresh produce
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
