Frontend Engineer (Next.js & React, AI-Native) – Remote

You'll contribute across multiple areas of our platform, including:

• Responsive landing pages

• Chat interfaces

• Shared component library
• Reusable UI patterns
• Responsive layouts
• Accessible interfaces and animations

• Build responsive applications using Next.js , React , and TypeScript .
• Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, and pixel-accurate components.
• Deliver production-ready features with strong attention to quality and usability.

• Use AI tools such as Cursor , GitHub Copilot , or similar to accelerate development.
• Leverage LLMs to generate boilerplate, improve code quality, write tests, and speed up iteration.
• Continuously improve your AI-assisted engineering workflow.

• Build fast, responsive interfaces optimized for Core Web Vitals.
• Improve page performance, bundle size, and loading experience.
• Ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices.

• Build maintainable client-side state using modern React patterns.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time services.
• Create reliable user experiences for complex forms and asynchronous workflows.

• Write maintainable, testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA.
• Continuously improve frontend architecture and engineering practices.

• Follow secure development practices.
• Help build interfaces that meet HIPAA and SOC2 requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive patient information.

• 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js .
• Good understanding of TypeScript .
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with Tailwind CSS .
• Ability to build responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Experience implementing designs from Figma.

Experience with one or more modern state management libraries, such as:

• TanStack Query
• Zustand
• Redux Toolkit

Understanding of:

• Lazy loading
• Image optimization
• Rendering fundamentals
• Basic caching strategies

Regular experience using tools such as:

• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude
• ChatGPT

You should be comfortable using AI to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards.

Nice to have:

• Framer Motion
• AI-powered UI features (chat, streaming responses)
• OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
• WebRTC
• Healthcare or HIPAA-regulated applications
