Role overview
The company is hiring a Frontend Engineer to work directly on the Autter web application alongside the founding team.
The role is remote with Pacific Time and India Standard Time overlap and is full-time.
What you will do
- Build UI components for the Autter dashboard and pull-request review interface.
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready React code.
- Write clean, accessible HTML and CSS that works across screen sizes.
- Own frontend performance improvements and bug fixes.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute opinions.
What the company is looking for
- Solid understanding of React and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or a similar utility-first framework.
- Ability to read a Figma file and ask effective questions.
- A portfolio or side projects to demonstrate frontend work.
- Availability for working-hour overlap with the team across Pacific Time and India Standard Time.
Nice to have
- TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Experience with Next.js App Router is nice to have.
- Exposure to animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion is nice to have.
