Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high performance web applications
- Build intuitive user interfaces and implement scalable frontend architectures
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and QA engineers
- Develop reusable UI components and implement responsive layouts
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross browser compatibility
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and manage application state
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and debugging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, mobile first development, and cross browser compatibility
- Familiarity with component based architecture and design system implementation
- Knowledge of frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and real time communication technologies
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and semantic HTML

Role Description
- We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- This role focuses on building intuitive user interfaces, implementing scalable frontend architectures, and collaborating closely with cross functional teams to create reliable and visually engaging digital products.
- The successful candidate will translate product requirements, user needs, and design specifications into functional, accessible, and maintainable frontend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing reusable UI components, implementing responsive layouts, optimizing application performance, ensuring cross browser compatibility, and maintaining high standards for code quality and user experience.
- Building interactive interfaces, integrating frontend applications with backend APIs, managing application state, and implementing secure authentication and authorization workflows where required.
- Improving frontend architecture, maintaining design systems, enhancing accessibility, optimizing rendering performance, reducing application load times, and ensuring consistent user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to engineering best practices and development standards.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to define technical solutions, evaluate emerging frontend technologies, and continuously improve development workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, mobile first development, and cross browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with component based architecture, reusable UI development, and design system implementation.
- Knowledge of frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, Pinia, Context API, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and real time communication technologies into frontend applications.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies, and rendering optimization.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), semantic HTML, and inclusive user interface design principles.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, session management, and frontend security best practices.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks and styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, Styled Components, Emotion, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
