Key Responsibilities
- Design and build frontend applications at scale.
- Develop user-facing features and improve applications for speed and scalability.
- Use modern front-end technologies to support learner acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
- Measure results, analyze data, and generate hypotheses for product changes.
- Work independently to take features from conception to production.
- Write thorough, scalable, and clear design documentation.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
- BE or BTech degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- At least two years of experience in frontend development.
Knowledge and Skills
- Hands-on experience with React and Redux is required, while TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL is good to have.
- Understanding of SEO principles and responsive web application development.
- Strong browser troubleshooting and debugging practices.
- Proficiency in object-oriented design.
- User focus, collaboration, problem-solving, quality commitment, and teamwork are expected.
- Familiarity with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator is relevant.
