Job Summary
Lead development of Duruper.com for a global audience, particularly users in India.
Create a responsive, user-friendly, high-quality, and scalable web application.
Support recruitment experiences and interactions between companies and job seekers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage frontend development of Duruper.com.
- Design and implement features for global users and recruitment workflows.
- Use Next.js App Router, Styled Components or Tailwind CSS, Zustand or Recoil, and TanStack Query.
- Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, and product teams.
- Optimize performance across devices and network conditions.
- Test and debug features before deployment.
- Maintain frontend documentation and incorporate user feedback into improvements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience with Next.js, Styled Components or Tailwind CSS, Zustand or Recoil, and TanStack Query.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with large user volumes, scaling, and performance considerations.
- Experience with small deployments and a proactive approach to iterative MVP improvement.
- Familiarity with Jira for task management is essential.
