Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, with regular access to the Executive Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Participate in and conduct training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.
- Maintain procedures and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing large airline crew movements.
- Experience in Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Hold an open manual driver's license.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident and approachable with strong customer service skills.
