• المهام والمسؤوليات:
• الإشراف على موظفي الاستقبال وضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء عالية المستوى.
• متابعة إجراءات تسجيل دخول وخروج النزلاء وفق المعايير الفندقية.
• حل شكاوى النزلاء والتعامل مع الملاحظات لضمان رضا العملاء.
• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
• تدريب الموظفين الجدد ومتابعة التزام الفريق بالسياسات والإجراءات.
• الشروط والمتطلبات:
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن
• 5 سنوات
• في إدارة أو إشراف المكاتب الأمامية.
• خبرة مثبتة في فنادق
• 4 نجوم أو أعلى

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new employees and monitor team compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office management or supervision.
