Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the front office to ensure efficient and professional service
  • Lead, coach, and support Guest Service Agents and other front office team members
  • Monitor guest check in and check out procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery in a professional manner
  • Assist with room allocation, upgrades, and VIP arrivals
  • Ensure all reservations, billing, and payment transactions are processed accurately
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and daily arrivals and departures
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Prepare daily reports, shift handover notes, and operational updates
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Assist in training, onboarding, and evaluating front office team members
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance standards
