About the Role
The Retreat Palm Dubai is hiring a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations, lead guest service agents, handle guest complaints, and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the front office to ensure efficient and professional service
- Lead, coach, and support Guest Service Agents and other front office team members
- Monitor guest check in and check out procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery in a professional manner
- Assist with room allocation, upgrades, and VIP arrivals
- Ensure all reservations, billing, and payment transactions are processed accurately
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and daily arrivals and departures
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Prepare daily reports, shift handover notes, and operational updates
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Assist in training, onboarding, and evaluating front office team members
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance standards

- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel front office
