الإشراف على عمليات الاستقبال اليومية وضمان تقديم تجربة ضيافة متميزة للضيوف، مع متابعة أداء فريق الاستقبال والتنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان سير العمليات بكفاءة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

الإشراف على فريق الاستقبال وتنظيم المهام والمناوبات اليومية.
متابعة إجراءات تسجيل دخول وخروج الضيوف.
استقبال الضيوف والتعامل مع استفساراتهم وطلباتهم باحترافية.
متابعة الحجوزات والتأكد من دقة بيانات الضيوف وحالة الغرف.
التعامل مع شكاوى وملاحظات الضيوف والعمل على حلها بشكل سريع وفعّال.
التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الفندق ومعايير الخدمة.
التنسيق مع أقسام الحجوزات، التدبير الفندقي، الصيانة والمبيعات.
متابعة جاهزية الغرف والتنسيق مع قسم التدبير الفندقي.
متابعة عمليات الدفع والفواتير والتأكد من دقتها.
إعداد ومراجعة التقارير اليومية الخاصة بالاستقبال والحجوزات.
تدريب الموظفين الجدد ومتابعة أداء فريق الاستقبال.
متابعة ملاحظات الضيوف ورفع التقارير للإدارة.
التأكد من ترتيب وجاهزية منطقة الاستقبال.
التعامل مع الحالات التشغيلية والطوارئ وفق سياسات الفندق.
المساهمة في تحسين تجربة الضيف ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء.

المتطلبات

خبرة سابقة في مجال الاستقبال، ويفضل في قطاع الفنادق.
خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على فريق.
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة الفنادق والحجوزات (PMS).
القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات.
خبرة في التعامل مع الضيوف والشكاوى والمواقف التشغيلية.

Supervise the front office team and organize daily tasks and shifts.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Welcome guests and handle their inquiries and requests professionally.
Monitor reservations and ensure guest information and room status are accurate.
Handle guest complaints and feedback and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments.
Follow up on room readiness and coordinate with Housekeeping.
Monitor payments and guest invoices and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and review daily front office and reservation reports.
Train new employees and monitor front office team performance.
Follow up on guest feedback and report relevant issues to management.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and ready for daily operations.
Handle operational issues and emergencies according to hotel procedures.
Contribute to improving the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Previous experience in Front Office, preferably within the hotel industry.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in hotel management and reservation systems (PMS).
Ability to work shifts.
Experience in guest service, complaint handling, and operational situations.
