Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Assist guests with enquiries, directions and local information
- Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings and other guest requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Supervise the daily Front Office operation (for Supervisor)
- Support and coach Front Office team members (for Supervisor)
- Ensure smooth check in and check out procedures (for Supervisor)
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally (for Supervisor)
- Monitor service standards and ensure company procedures are followed (for Supervisor)
- Prepare reports and assist the Front Office Manager when required (for Supervisor)
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Services Agent or similar Front Office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE is an advantage
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Must currently be based in the UAE
- Minimum 2 3 years' experience in a Front Office or Reception role, including supervisory experience (for Supervisor)
- Strong leadership and communication skills (for Supervisor)
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is an advantage

- We are currently looking for a professional and customer focused Concierge to join our Front Office team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities (Concierge)
