Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in JVC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with team members, manage front office operations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities also include ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the team in delivering optimal experiences.
Organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office Management
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to ensure positive client experiences
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proven multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
