Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Manager role based in Dubai.
The Front Office Manager will oversee daily reception and front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and coordinating appointments and meeting schedules.
The role includes supervising front office staff, organizing office files and records, ensuring a tidy and professional reception area, and supporting administrative processes such as mail handling and basic documentation.
The Front Office Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client check-in, maintain high standards of customer service, and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
This role requires consistent on-site presence to support walk-in clients and maintain efficient front office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Front Office and Office Administration skills, including reception management, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional phone and in-person manner.
- Prior experience in a front office, administrative, or customer-facing role, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars) and familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, maintaining punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is a plus.
