Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations and guest services.
  • Ensure smooth check in, check out, and reservation processes.
  • Lead, train, and supervise front office staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments.
  • Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and manage team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hotel procedures.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and support management objectives.

Pay

  • AED 26.43 AED 5,000.00 per month
