Required Experience
- Wyndham experience is required.
Front Office Operations
- Manage daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest services.
- Supervise check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, Finance, and other departments.
- Monitor occupancy, room availability, revenue, billing, and cash handling.
Team and Service Management
- Supervise, train, coach, and schedule Front Office staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure proper shift handovers.
- Maintain hotel service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage upselling opportunities.
- Ensure accurate records, reports, and system updates.
Controls and Compliance
- Control departmental expenses and support cost management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and local hotel regulations.
- Support the General Manager and management team with daily operations.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
