The Front Office Executive acts as the primary point of contact and face of the organization.

Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet guests, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls and manage emails and couriers.
- File, scan, copy, and update documents and records.
- Organize appointments and manage front-desk calendars.
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Control access through the reception desk and support office security and safety.
- Answer questions, address complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Receive and distribute letters and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and secure parcels for dispatch.
- Monitor office supplies, expenses, and costs.
- Support travel arrangements, schedules, and other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a similar role is required, with 1 to 5 years indicated.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is required.
- Familiarity with office machines such as printers, scanners, or fax machines is required.
- Professionalism, interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving are required.
- A high school diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is listed as an education requirement.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping is required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
