- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Well presented and professional appearance
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Receptionist from Hospitality or Aviation Industry: 1 year (Required)

Job Summary

- You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional member experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk operations.
- The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming Members and Guests.
- Managing Workspace Reservations.
- Assisting with Member Inquiries.

- Collaborating with Team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or High School diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer facing role in the Co working Space, Hospitality, Aviation Industry.
- Exposure to CRM, excellent communication, E Mail drafting skill and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive community environment.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, including weekends and evenings as needed.

- Working Days: Monday Saturday.
- Working Hours: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (Shift time depending on requirement).
- Receptionist from Hospitality or Aviation Industry: 1 year (Required).
Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED5,500.00 per month
