Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for office visitors, professionally and promptly addressing customer questions, objections, and basic concerns
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote training and consultancy services and generate sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, databases, and digital sources to convert them into confirmed sales
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, present suitable solutions, and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow ups, and sales communications in the designated system or register
- Prepare and submit regular reports on calling activities, lead progress, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with the marketing, customer relations, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist the operations team in documentation and administration of training and related activities
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Office tools and relevant computer skills
- Candidates with own/sponsored Visa preferred
