Role overview
Fajr Interiors is seeking an organised Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, office administration, document control and stakeholder follow-up.
The role supports Dubai office fitout and villa renovation projects by keeping commercial and project documentation current and accessible.
Front desk and office administration
- Handle incoming calls, emails and visitors, including clients, consultants and suppliers, in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain meeting rooms, couriers, stationery, site consumables, utilities, service contracts and visitor hospitality.
- Manage the company inbox and calendar, book meetings and keep management diaries realistic.
- Support HR administration through attendance records, leave requests, visa and document expiry tracking, and new joiner paperwork.
Document control
- Maintain filing structures across live projects with consistent document numbering and naming conventions.
- Register and track transmittals, submittals, drawing revisions, RFIs, site instructions and approvals.
- Control drawing and specification versions so site teams do not use superseded documents.
- Prepare and log quotations, purchase requests, LPOs, delivery notes, invoices and payment applications.
