Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and data entry in the laboratory management system
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample collection and result delivery
- Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about lab services
- Ensure smooth front desk operations, including managing billing, payments, and invoicing
- Maintain organized patient records and files while ensuring confidentiality
- Support administrative tasks, such as managing inventory of office supplies and lab forms
- Address patient concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a medical/laboratory setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and data management systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and a customer centric attitude
- Healthcare experience: 1 year (Required)
