The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customers and internal teams efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree (preferred: Business Administration/HR/Customer Service background).
- Experience: 0–3 years in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills in English & Tamil .
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
- Pleasant personality, customer-friendly attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle pressure professionally.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and disciplined.
