About This Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking an Automated Operations Engineer to coordinate, manage, and execute first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
The role supports service level agreement adherence and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Participate in first-level service monitoring and event management.
- Handle service and resource alarms efficiently.
- Monitor the performance of resources and services.
- Conduct security event monitoring.
- Identify and document incidents.
- Support investigations related to capacity and performance.
- Track, manage, and report on incident resolution.
- Escalate identified security incidents.
- Initiate problem management processes.
- Support preventive maintenance execution for field operations.
Skills and Tools
- Ericsson Operations Engine and mode of operations.
- Test Automation Management Tools and Test Execution Engine.
- Dealing with enquiries and customer complaint resolution.
- MS TOP and document control.
- Software performance testing.
- Ericsson RAN, VAS, and Packet Core Management.
- ITIL, call centers, and client services.
