Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure excellent guest/customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints, requests, and emergency situations promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise and support front office and operational staff.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor staff performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and incident reports as required.
  • Assist management in achieving operational and financial objectives.
