Role Overview
The Front Office Associate at Loop by Zolo owns the guest journey from pre-arrival through checkout.
The front office team is responsible for making guest interactions clear, warm, disciplined, and consistently reliable.
Compensation and Employment

Guest Journey
- Call guests before arrival to confirm bookings and expectations, provide directions, and share check-in details.
- Deliver fast, smooth, and error-free check-in and checkout experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest queries and service requests.
- Handle complaints and escalations calmly, drive resolution, and follow through until closure.
Engagement and Process Discipline
- Interact proactively with guests, encourage five-star reviews, and capture and act on guest feedback.
- Follow front office SOPs, daily routines, and checklists while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure service requests are delivered and closed properly.
