Front Desk & Client Services
- Welcoming, registering, and directing visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Managing the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and professional at all times
Office Administration
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Managing office supply inventory, coordinating with vendors, and placing orders when supplies run low.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping, petty cash, or invoice processing if required by the company
Operations & Coordination
- Managing meeting room bookings and assisting with meeting setups or catering.
- Assisting different internal departments (HR, Finance, Management) with documentation, filing, and reporting.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
