Summary of Position

Ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience by providing quality customer service. Servers/Cashiers work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and answering questions regarding the menu
  • Ensuring that dining area is maintained clean and organized
  • Setting tables in a timely manner for incoming guests
  • Taking orders and processing payment
  • Cash Handling
  • Serving beverages and desserts
  • Responsible for brewing beverages (coffee, tea, iced tea)
  • Answering and taking orders over the phone
  • Serve as liaison between front and back of the house
