Foh Supervisor Requirements
Previous experience in café or restaurant supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage daily operations and team performance
Knowledge of customer service standards and handling guest concerns
Flexible and able to work under pressure
Waitress Requirements
Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering excellent guest experience
