About the Role
AFTA EATS is looking for a confident, energetic waitress/server for Stack & Dome Burger Restaurant in Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, upselling, and ensuring excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu and make genuine recommendations
- Upsell menu items confidently and naturally
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service
- Help create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for every guest
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer facing hospitality role
- Excellent spoken English
- Based in Dubai or available to start immediately
- Reliable transport home after late shifts
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
- Well presented, reliable, and punctual

About the Role
- We have a small team, a busy restaurant, and high standards. We’re looking for a confident, energetic waitress who genuinely enjoys hospitality and knows how to create a great guest experience.
- This role is about much more than taking orders. We want someone who can build rapport with guests, stay calm during busy services, and contribute positively to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
