Role Description

  • The Front of House Manager is a part time, on site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • The position requires availability on Thursdays and Fridays during event hours.
  • The role is responsible for managing guest facing operations at the venue entrance, including supervising the front of house team, supporting guest entry, and ensuring an organized and professional arrival experience.
  • The Front of House Manager works closely with the operations, security, and ticketing teams at the door to manage guest flow, resolve entry related issues, and ensure that admission procedures are followed correctly.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting pre event briefings, assigning staff positions, monitoring entrance readiness, supporting ticket checks, managing queues, assisting guests, and addressing concerns at the entrance in real time.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front of house, hospitality, events, nightlife, or venue operations.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead, brief, and supervise front of house staff.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced event environment.
  • Understanding of guest entry, queue management, ticketing procedures, and venue safety.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with operations, security, and ticketing teams.
  • Availability to work on site every Thursday and Friday, including evenings and late night event hours.
