Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front of House Hostess role based in Jeddah.
The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, maintaining an organized seating plan, and ensuring the smooth flow of guests in the dining area.
The role requires excellent communication with guests and staff to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Maintaining professionalism and exceptional service standards is essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in managing Reservations and coordinating seating arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing a welcoming and pleasant experience
- Proficient Phone Etiquette for handling guest inquiries and bookings
- Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
