The front-end supervisor is required to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
In the absence of the front-end manager, they are responsible for resolving cash register issues and securing the cash registers in the safe.
Ensure that customer service is exceptional.
Apply policies and procedures, comply with government health guidelines and occupational health and safety standards, and ensure they are consistently applied and adhered to by all department employees.
Act as a resource person for team members.
Create a work environment that promotes trust and communication within your team.
Perform various cash register accounting operations (money transfers, deposits, checks, weekly audits, etc.) in collaboration with the front-end manager.
Perform any other related duties.
A high school diploma is a valuable asset.
You have at least six months of experience as a cashier.
You have valuable management experience and knowledge of point-of-sale computer systems.
You are customer service-oriented.
You foster communication and team spirit.
You are proficient with basic accounting operations.
You are known for your interpersonal skills and energy.
