The FEP Manager is responsible for developing robust project plans from early concept through construction readiness.
The role partners with design, engineering, procurement, commercial, operations, and construction teams to establish project scope, budget, schedule, delivery strategy, risk profile, and governance requirements.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years’ construction experience, including at least 5 years in pre-construction or front-end planning.
They will have strong knowledge of construction delivery, estimating, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, and risk management.
Travel within Australia and the APAC region is required up to 20% of the time.
