Work Arrangement

Position Overview
The role is part of the OTT delivery organization, whose front-end teams build applications used to watch live and on-demand sport.
The Front-End Lead Engineer combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, architecture, engineering standards, delivery, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Technical Excellence
- Oversee front-end engineering for assigned projects and ensure robust, scalable, secure, high-performing, and accessible solutions.
- Plan and monitor development activities, prioritize tasks, provide technical assessments, and review technical approaches and code quality.
- Resolve technical blockers, drive automation and modern tooling, and establish workflows, processes, and architectural documentation.
