Role Overview
Lead the front-end team in developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to assess feasibility and align on practical designs.
Maintain code quality, optimize performance, mentor developers, resolve complex issues, and support hiring and onboarding.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development activities and address technical queries from the team.
- Translate visual designs into working code with UI/UX designers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce clean, documented, testable code.
- Optimize applications across devices and browsers for performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help resolve complex bugs.
- Remove technical blockers, resolve access issues, and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Participate in technical interviews and create onboarding processes for engineering hires.
