Front End Developer (m/f/d)

REQUIREMENT

• Own front-end delivery of product features from discovery through production support.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering responsibly (e.g., copilots/LLMs) to improve delivery and quality; evaluate and integrate AI capabilities where valuable.
• Drive modernization of legacy components (refactoring, migration, deprecation) and actively manage technical debt with a clear roadmap.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, coaching, and design/code reviews; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with internal security and quality policies.
• QUALIFICATION :
• Education :
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field Work experience :
• More than 5+ years in a senior developer role for a large team
• Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory) :
• ▪ Advanced Angular and TypeScript.
• ▪ Microfrontend architecture
• ▪ Monorepo setup (module federation or similar), shared libraries, versioning, and dependency management.
• ▪ UX (User Experience) fundamentals, including usability, accessibility, user-centered design principles, and creation of intuitive user interfaces.
• ▪ Cloud-native application development.
• ▪ Practical AI understanding for software teams (AI-assisted development and/or building AI-enabled features), including data privacy, security, and responsible use. Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills) :
