Role Overview
Artisans Designs is seeking a Front-End Developer for its digital team.
The role focuses on modern web technologies and responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Implement clean, efficient, and SEO-friendly front-end code.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and search engine performance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Work with digital marketing and SEO teams to improve site visibility.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end, CMS, and performance issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, with any modern framework accepted.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress themes, customization, and plugins.
- Experience with Shopify theme customization and storefront optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and modern CSS frameworks.
- Working knowledge of PHP for CMS and backend integration.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including Core Web Vitals, structured data, and meta tags.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git version control.
